What You Will Need: 1. A Funnel 2. A Baloon 3. A Lighter 4. Some Flour How To Make It: Ok so first you take your baloon and your funnel and stick the funnel in the opening of the baloon... Then pour some flour down the fiunnel filling the baloon half 1/4. Blow the remaning part of the baloon with air...tie it and take it outsude, Light a LONG stick on fire and put it under the baloon..... Wait and BOOOOM it will go off. Warning... I am not lieble for any injurys that may occur while doing this.
